Heidi McDowell

Heidi McDowell was born and raised in south Texas and lives in California. Her oil paintings focus on the landscapes through which she travels and are informed equally by her background in architecture and her love of whims of digital photography.

The registry acts as a forum for exposure to our internal curators, for possible inclusion in a show. A registry artist will not have an artist card in the main Art in Embassies website section (art.state.gov/artists) until they are included in an exhibition, nor are they searchable in the main search function of the website (art.state.gov).
