Liz Howe lives and works in Saratoga Springs, NY. She maintains an active studio practice and exhibition schedule while teaching ceramics at Skidmore College. Recent exhibition venues have included The Torpedo Factory in Alexandria, VA, The New Hampshire Institute of Art, the Saratoga Arts Center Gallery in Saratoga Springs, NY, the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts, San Angelo, TX, the Ceramics Museum of L'Alcora, Spain and the Museu del Fang in Mallorca, Spain.
Liz was born in Albany, NY and holds a B.S. in Art Education from SUNY New Paltz, an M.S. in Art Education from The College of St. Rose and an MFA from Rochester Institute of Technology. She has lectured and taught at the Rochester Institute of Technology, The University of Montana, Missoula, The University of Northern Colorado, and the Tainan National University of the Arts Graduate School in Tainan, Taiwan.
