Based in Houston, Texas, fine artist Jonathan Brown founded
his first company, Modern Mosaics Inc. at the age of 18 as
the result of a passion for design and an uncontrollable urge
to build, learn and innovate. The company has operated
continuously since it’s founding in 1991. Now for 25 years,
Jonathan Brown and his team of studio artist continues to
garner major attention and is consistently awarded key
projects in all areas of commercial and residential art/design. Brown has been profiled in several regional and national publications and is considered one of the top mosaic artists in the Gulf States and Southwest regions. Jonathan has numerous large-scale museum quality installations in healthcare facilities, corporate, hospitality, outdoor environments and numerous private collections.
His work invokes high praise from critics, patrons, architects, artists, art-lovers, and designers.
