Jerome Skiscim is a fine art photographer living in Washington, DC. His work has appeared in Black and White Magazine where he won Single Image Awards in 2008 and 2009, and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals where he won their Editor’s Choice Award in 2007. He is a current member of the “Washington Project for the Arts”, “District of Columbia Arts Center”, “The National Association of Photoshop Professionals” and “Project Dispatch” a local art subscription service. He uses traditional film and new digital technology to produce images of beauty, depth and challenge.
