Casey Snyder is a mixed media painter who lives and works in the D.C Metro area. Snyder is an Adjunct professor at Montgomery College and Frederick Community College, and also works at Glenstone, a contemporary art museum in Maryland. Snyder received her BFA in Painting from Ashland University in Ashland Ohio, later he received her MFA in Painting from Kendall College of Art & Design in Grand Rapids Michigan.

Snyder’s upcoming exhibitions include a solo exhibition at Hillyer Art Space, in Washington D.C., a two person exhibition in Betty Mae Kramer Gallery, through the Arts & Humanities Council of Montgomery County in Silver Spring, MD, and a solo exhibition at Burnell Roberts Triangle Gallery through Sinclair Community College in Dayton Ohio. Snyder’s most recent exhibitions include Emergence 2014 International Artists to Watch through Gallerie Myrtis in Baltimore MD. Alchemical Vessels through the Joan Hisaoka healing arts gallery in Washington D.C. “Fresh Paint” at Manifest Gallery in Cincinnati OH.

Snyder’s recent publications also include Art Kudos International Juried Art Competition & Exhibition, artkudos.com online publication, Dialogist Vol. 1, Issue IV with Dialogist Quarterly Poetry & Art, “Hidden Treasure Art Magazine Yearbook 2014” with HT Art Magazine Publishing Coombe House in Croydon UK, and “Fresh Paint II” with Fresh Paint Magazine, January issue 2014. “Fresh paint II” is also being exhibited in Center City Philadelphia.
