Frank Hobbs received his MFA in Painting from American University in Washington, DC, and his BA in Art from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. He is Professor of Art at Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio, where he teaches painting and drawing. His work has been exhibited in the American embassies in Ankara, Turkey; Phnom Penh, Cambodia; and Bermuda.
