Henry Joseph's work encompasses American landscape, portraiture, theatre publicity and event photography reflective of American culture.

Work for exhibition and publication include book jackets published for Tor Books and Forge Books, St.Martin's Press, Smithsonian Air and Space Magazine, P and C Magazine of the Izarra Publishing Group, the Village Voice, The Villager, Time Out New Yor the New York Post, the New York Daily News, Fuji Film and Olympus Camera.

Galleries that displayed his work are, Synchronicity Space, NYC, Autoren Galerie, Munich Germany, Leica Gallery, NYC, Salon Ceil, NYC and RangeWest Gallery of Madrid, New Mexico.

Mr. Joseph studied with Douglas Dubler, Jay Maisel, James Woods, Sam Abell and Arnold Eagle. He also studied with Bill Klein at the Parsons School of Design and worked as an intern at the Santa Fe Photographic Workshop.

Academic studies include an MA in media and instructional systems at Teacher's College, Columbia University and an MA and completed doctoral credits at the Graduate Faculty of the New School For Social Research.

Mr. Joseph was successfully employed by the New York City Board of Education for 25 continuous years.
