I work as a full time nurse and a single mother of three. I am currently working on a BA in English and I am an artist. I have never had any formal training as an artist, I just picked up the brush and went from there. What I paint is dependent largely on how I feel at the time. I prefer to oil paint on various mediums, mostly canvas but also on wood, tables, computer boards, or whatever else I can find that feels right at the time.
