Marilyn brings her life experiences to her art, having lived from Belgium to Okinawa and places in between. She grew up the daughter of a US Air Force Fighter pilot during Korea, Cold War and Vietnam. Her artistic studies began at age ten. She conducts demonstrations in watercolor, judges, shows and teaches acrylic and watercolor classes at Art Serve in Fort Lauderdale. She enjoys painting in all mediums. Marilyn is a member of local and national societies. She has signature status with the Miami Watercolor Society, Palm Beach Watercolor Society, Gold Coast Watercolor Society, Florida Watercolor Society and the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society. She has served as President of the Florida Watercolor Society and Gold Coast Watercolor Society.
