Historic painting is a visual type of story telling which every culture can identify with. My oil paintings focus on 18th century American History, French and Indian Wars, American Revolutionary War and Napoleonic War. Details of uniforms, persons depicted, events and places are researched in order to create an accurate view of the past.
My background includes 18 years as a book illustrator for Double Day, Dell and Simon and Schuster in NYC. My work is in the collections of Mount Vernon, Colonial Williamsburg, The Silvers Corp, and hangs in the Citadel.It is also included in many private collections throughout the USA and Europe.
