Chip Rutan is an award-winning photographer residing in Old Saybrook, CT. His work has been exhibited in Connecticut, New York City, and featured in the Hartford Courant. Rutan studied design and art history at the University of Bridgeport, and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Mathematics and Business Administration, respectively. Recently, he won Best of Show at the West Hartford Art League’s Exposure 2011 photographic exhibit, and was accepted into Soho Photo Gallery’s 2012 National Small Works Competition.
