Samila’s passion is to paint Pennsylvania’s landscapes and the farmlands woven into it. Her series, “Rural Beauty,” is about capturing the reflection of lights on the structures of the rural farms. The concept of this series is to capture the diversity of farmlands and architectural structures enhanced by the weather, special light conditions, and seasonal change. Using these structures she fuses two different careers in her life; architecture and painting. She is currently showing her work in Aardvark Gallery in Ellicottville, NY and the Depot Gallery in Kane, PA.
