I am a traditionally-trained fine artist from St. Peterburg, Russia who received an MFA in Printmaking from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, NY, in 2007. I incorporate numerous techniques I learned at Pratt in my current work. I create in many forms - painting, drawing, photography, and sculptural jewelry.

The main idea in my work is "Beauty will save the world!" I think Dostoevsky said that. For me, finding beauty in the mundane is a way of redeeming necessity, a way of engaging in a conversation with the world, and a way to be an active participant in my own becoming.
