Amy Mielke began her art career at age 35 when inspired by an oil drum as a canvas. Since then, she has created numerous works of outsider art per year, including some award-winning pieces. Amy has steadily been educating herself about art history and technical process. Since 2009, this process has been further informed by her graduate study in Conscious Evolution.
Amy has nearly 20 years of communications experience and is self-employed as a marketing consultant. She also manages publicity and marketing for artists and art shows.
