Born in NYC. My parents were both artists who met at Cooper Union Art School.
We visited MOMA, the Met and other museums frequently. I moved to Massachusetts after attending Wellesley College. I completed graduate school (MFA Painting) at Columbia University. In order to support myself as an artist I became a partner in an art shipping company named Fine Arts Express, Inc. We moved art and antiques nationwide. Eventually I left the company to become a professor of Art in a small Mass. college. Currently I am working full time on my artwork.
My work is primarily photo collage of the New England Landscape. I have had many one person exhibits, most recently at the Fruitlands Museum in Harvard, MA and the Thoreau Farm Trust in Concord, Ma. I have completed artist residencies at the MacDowell Colony, Yosemite National Park, VCCA Virginia and France, among others.
