I grew up in a small Wisconsin town on the shores of Lake Michigan. In 1979 I moved to New Jersey where I received my Masters of Art from Wm. Paterson University. The faculty awarded me a solo Masters Exhibit, as well as, inviting me to participate in a group show with other professional artists. My later professional studies have included working with Ronnie Lanfield at the New York Art Students League and receiving grants to attend the Vermont Studio Center and the David And Julia White Artists Colony. In 2006 I received a Governor’s International Arts Exchange grant from the Illinois Arts Council.
My abstract paintings are in the collections of:
The Galeria Nacional, San Jose, Costa Rica;
The Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis (Flat Files from 2009 to 2012),
Morgan Stanley
Village of Algonquin.
I am currently exhibiting at Gallery 28, Geneva, IL; the David Barnett Gallery, Milwaukee, WI and CG Gallery, Princeton, NJ.
