I am Jennifer Havens, signing my work under the artist name JC Riley. 

I believe artists express in many forms beyond tangible items. In my professional and creative career, I have created personal care products such as lotions and aromatherapy. I have also dabbled in brush acrylic painting. Where I am finding my love is fluid abstract work. I continue to be delighted by the sheer freedom of letting go of control. Each piece is a surprise, where I only have a moderate idea how it will evolve. 

My art style is dimensional, intense, and elegant. I love to explore synergies of traditional and edgy, creating combinations that are not expected. Perhaps my favorite pieces are those that illicit reactions of amazement and desire to spend time with the piece.
