Kelly Parker grew up in a small town in Michigan on a large farm with many animals. Her parents wanted her to be a veterinarian, but her unruly scribbling and doodling led her astray.
Through the years, Kelly functioned in many different mundane areas of working life from executive assistants to driving a school bus but none of them really spoke to her muse. So, she traveled around in other people’s worlds doing what was expected to make a living, but eventually her passion for the arts grew into something undeniable, leading her to finally pursue her dream of art.
