A noted artist for many years, Ms Brady has had work shown in juried exhibits in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland and Georgia. Paintings are in acrylic, oil, watercolor or pen and ink. In addition to earning a degree in graphic arts and working as an art director, she has studied widely with many well-known art instructors throughout the United States and in France and has taught adults’ and children’s drawing classes. An ongoing project is a series of paintings of National Parks. She has painted Yosemite, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Arches, Mesa Verde, Zion and Bryce Canyons, the Grand Canyon, the Badlands, Acadia in Maine and Banff National Park in Canada. Ms Brady presented a solo show of these paintings in 2017, to commemorate the National Parks’ 100th anniversary. Her work celebrates America’s treasured heritage.
