The works of Delores Surry-Smith have been shown in many galleries in the Southeast United States. The first gallery that her work was shown in was part of the first National Black Arts Festival in Atlanta Ga. She won 1st place in the AAFTA Holiday a Glow in 2009.In 1993 she won honorable mention in the Texas Visual Arts Assoc,s national exhibit. She has painted many portraits and commissioned pieces for her clients.She has also won numerous awards for her work.
She is very proud of her Solo Exhibit at Shorter University in Rome Ga in 2013.
