"Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter,
but making the commonplace unusual." Edward Weston
I don't set out to create art. As the quote by Weston suggests, I find beauty, poetry and excitement in everything I see.
I'm never without my camera. I am constantly shooting the ordinary, the extraordinary and everything in between.
Since the moment my mom handed me my first camera, I have documented the world around me.
I find all people beautiful and interesting. I find landscapes bold and mysterious.
I find architecture intricate and amazing. My portfolio is filled with images of life.
I want to draw attention to the wonders of everyday life, of the things we walk right by and don't notice.
I want my images to speak for themselves. Each picture holds a unique secret,
a special message for every one of my patrons.
Anyone who views my works will take away a slightly different message.
And that's how it should be. A picture is truly worth a thousand words.
