My professional photography career started when my kids insisted I get a “real” camera before a 2004 trip to the Grand Canyon. Since then I have enjoyed a growing photography career. I focus on nature, travel, and editorial stock photography.

I was fortunate to win two awards at the 2010 Top of the Park weekly photography contests as part of Ann Arbor Summer Festival, and to be regularly selected for inclusion in Blueprint, the University of Michigan College of Engineering’s literary magazine. More recently my photographs have been selected for Ann Arbor Women Artist (AAWA) juried shows, and for non-juried shows in local coffeehouses. I have had two solo shows, and one of my photos was selected for the 25th Annual Canton Fine Arts Exhibition at the Village Theater in Canton, MI. An article on travel stock photography was published by Digital Photography School.
