The world of interiority, where consciousness is almost everything, the study of the space as a whole, related with our behaviors, interactions, displacement, and collective mourning are themes prominent in her work. The colors in her artworks are not really merely subject of emotional impact but reflects a gentle evocation of human life, and the relationships with our social, rural and urban landscape.
She studied Scenic Design at Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires before moving on to study Costume Design at the Instituto Superior de Arte at the Teatro Colón, one of the world’s premier opera houses.
Ana Rendich’s art has been featured in solo and jury exhibits, and her works can be found in private collections across the United States. She is represented by Les Yeux du Monde in Charlottesville and Quirk Gallery in Richmond, both located in Virginia.
She has exhibited in group exhibitions at the Phillips Collection THEARC, Berry Campbell Gallery, Chroma Projects, 1708 Gallery, Katzen Arts Center at American University, Les Yeux du Monde, Quirk Gallery and more.
In 2024, she has completed two commissioned works for the University of Virginia Foundation, and in 2019 also she was commissioned one sculpture for the same institution.
