I am an architectural designer and artist, from Minnesota, based in the Twin Cities. I was inspired to work in architecture by growing up in a creative and constructive family.

Digital media is where I focus most on exploration and discovery because the tools are so agile. The software can quickly transform images in ways that would take hours to work out by hand, so I can try the most ideas in a session. As I shift and overlay and carve images, I am often surprised by how an abstract design grows into a natural form, or an everyday building material becomes a geometric fantasy. The constants are saturated colors, intricate patterns, and movement.
