Doug Fletcher

Doug Fletcher is a distinguished artist known for his captivating wildlife and landscape paintings,
characterized by a unique blend of abstract realism. Born and raised in southern Iowa,
Fletcher's deep connection to nature has been a consistent source of inspiration throughout his
artistic journey.

Fletcher holds a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Art and an Associate's degree in Studio Arts,
which have refined both his technical expertise and creative vision. His work has earned
multiple awards and been showcased in galleries and exhibitions across the country as well as
held in the private collections of notable figures such as the Honorable Rita Garman, the first
female Supreme Court Justice for the State of Illinois, and Tom Vilsack, former Governor of Iowa
and current U.S. Secretary of Agriculture.

A strong advocate for conservation and environmental causes, Fletcher regularly donates his
original works to benefit environmental organizations, children's charities, and various non-profit
groups.

His art not only showcases the beauty of nature but also reinforces his commitment to ecological stewardship.
