Lauren was born into a very creative and brilliant family of 9. She always loved creating things and using strange materials sometimes. She entered the real world at age 17 and gained a Civil Engineering degree (really?) by age 21. How does engineering fit with art? Not well, but don't forget, the family is brilliant. Lauren's art took a backseat as by age 28, she had birthed 5 (yes, really) children. The youngest was such a needy monster that Lauren decided to branch away from the mom world by creating art again. She has been painting non-stop for the first year of her baby's life and looks forward to many more years of painting, since the child seems to be as needy as the day he was born.
