I am a self-taught artist. I knew I had an artistic talent from a young age, but decided to pursue a career in social and economic development. In this field, I worked in both Iraq and Afghanistan assisting in refugee and women's rights issues. After 10 years of full-time experience in this field, I have decided to pursue a career in art and follow my passion. I feel that art is freedom and I love the creative processes; coming up with ideas, putting them into fruition, and refining my artwork to its completion. It is my desire to bring life and happiness with my art.
