I find the relationship between technology and linguistics in an age of digital communication exciting from a visual artist perspective. This avenue of investigation opens a door to connect the experience of everyday (online engagement) with technology (intellectual processing) and philosophical questions (meaning, value, function). My art explores binary interactions in an era of the digital 'everyday' and I develop work in response to the dominance of online communication.
