Marlon Tobias is an artist, historian, and storyteller who approaches his work with the eye of an archivist and the heart of an empath. He amplifies the human experience through the lens of his community in a manner that is sensitive and striking.
Marlon's works have been exhibited at prestigious venues such as the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, Museum of Florida Art and Culture, Art Center Sarasota, and the Contemporary Art Museum in Tampa, Florida. He earned his Master of Fine Arts from the University of South Florida and his Bachelor's degree in Communication and Design from Florida A&M University. Currently based in Chicago, Illinois, Marlon is a committed educator and active member of the artistic community.
