Fox is an international transdisciplinary artist. Her works merge virtual and augmented realities with visual and performing arts. A master percussionist, filmmaker and animator many of her works are multi-media and interactive in nature. Her works have been experienced in numerous venues including the National Museum of Dance, Tang Museum, American Dance Festival, Judson Church, the Nelson Fine Arts Center, Belarus Philharmonic, Skopje Summer Festival, Olympolis Art Project - Greece and in the synthetic world of Second Life. Her creative works and educational residencies have been sponsored by the National Endowment for the Arts, Kennedy Center Partners in Education, American Composers Forum, Doris Duke Charitable Trust, Arts International, NYSCA, NYFA and the U.S. Department of State for cultural performance and teaching abroad. Fox is the lead artist for the Smithsonian Latino Virtual Museum and she is on the faculty in the Department of Visual Art at the University of Kansas where she teaches Animation, Game Art, Immersive Environments and time based arts.
