It is not my thing to abstract the world around me. My challenge is to capture the “essence of life”, the unseen, without using words or identifiable objects. Because of my creative process, I believe when a person is moved by my paintings, it is a "purely spiritual" experience, a communion, between the viewer and the painting, and on a deeper level, myself.
I have been involved in the art business since I sold my first silk-screened print while working in New Orleans, way back in the year 1980! I am currently painting almost every day and I am an active member of KSA (Kaua'i Society of Artists) I show my artwork at the KSA gallery. I also promote my artwork on various social websites. When I focus my thoughts on how to show my artwork, the Universe does provide the answers
While living in Los Angeles, an unique dimension was added to my career portfolio when major motion picture studios and national television networks brought my art to film. As well, with hundreds of collectors from around the world, my audience is rapidly growing in an international market. [Born near Los Angeles, California, 1959]
