I earned Fine Art degrees at The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and the New York Academy of Art in New York City, studying with painters Jack Beal, Vincent Desiderio, Martha Meyer Erlebacher, and Alfred Leslie in the process. I currently teach painting at the Columbus College of Art and Design, and have previously taught drawing and 2-D Foundations at Ohio Wesleyan University. I live in Columbus, Ohio, where I run my own painting studio and work as an assistant for the painter Terry Rodgers.
