Valerie Simonelli is a visual artist located in northeast Ohio. Her large-scale, nonrepresentational drawings are atmospheric in nature. Water soluble mediums and liberal amounts of water are freely added and removed from non-porous drawing surfaces. Her work evokes feelings of movement, depth, and fluidity.
