My favorite paintins are THE PROPANE HEATED TRAILER PARK, GIRLIE,TUNA CASSEROLE and THE KIENHOLZ PLANE. Sometimes plan what I am going to paint for years. Plan to paint 'SCREAMS IN THE BASEMENT' 'WORK' and 'WEST COAST LIGHTHOUSES'. My subjects are very diverse and I must have an emotional connection to the subject at the time. I am an Impressionist although my work is usually fairly realistic. I enjoy painting still live, land-sea or building scapes. I love to paint old "anything".
