I am a visual artist and designer who explore the connection between sculpture, architecture and their construction. My career in architecture has helped persuade my inspirations in art; finding simple forms and ideas in today's buildings coupled with the use of digital images and forms. With a range of media, I have been able to create sculptures with dimensionality and style while simultaneously working as an architect on some of the more prominent buildings in Baltimore. The methodology behind the creation is to use the knowledge from formal education in artistic studies as the basis, build on the background and experience in architecture, and continue to gain inspiration from travels throughout the world. Having concepts that are both distinctive and explorative, I strive to be an auteur in all aspects of art, architecture, and their construction.

I am a native of Baltimore who has studied architecture and sculpture locally and internationally. My work focuses on the dialogue between art and architecture. The work is expressed through sculptures and designs using a wide range of materials. Throughout my career, I have worked fulltime for several architectural firms learning and experiencing all facets of architecture from conceptual design through construction. I also find inspiration in simple forms and ideas in today's buildings and captures them through digital photography. The methodology behind my creations is to use my knowledge from his formal education in artistic studies as the basis, build on my background and experience in architecture, and continue to gain inspiration through my travels of the world. Having concepts that are both distinctive and explorative, I strive to be an auteur in all aspects of art, architecture, and their construction. I have recently worked on several mixed use projects in the flourishing neighborhood of Harbor East in downtown Baltimore.

In 2000, I attended University of Maryland and studied a combination of art and architecture. I also started working as an intern for Peter Fillat Architects. I helped in producing design concept models for several high rise buildings. After leaving college park I started working for Architecture Design Works in Towson, Maryland. While working as a design architect I was taught the inner working of an architecture firm. While working full time, I went back to school at Towson University. This is when I developed my passion for sculpture. During my final year, I was accepted into the Senior Honor Program and produced my solo thesis art show. The show was called Deconstructured Sections and it documented the wide range of European architecture through three dimensional photographic sculptures. In 2005, I moved on to Beatty Harvey Architects in Baltimore, Maryland. For the last six years I have work on several mixed use buildings in the Baltimore neighborhood of Harbor East. I am currently the Project Manager on the Four Seasons Hotel.
