Rebecca Thomas is an artist currently working and living in Indianapolis, IN. She works in a variety of media, from acrylic paintings to textiles installations. Her work is filled with vibrant colors and bold shapes. The artist strives for a sense of continuity through all of the mediums she works with. After obtaining her BFA in Painting and Drawing from Indiana University she attended a residency in Japan with Paradise AIR. While in Japan she held an exhibition and researched shibori dye techniques. Now working in Indianapolis, Thomas is continuing to exhibit her work while applying to graduate programs in the arts.
