Elaine Taylor

Born in Florida but a resident of Texas for most of her life, Elaine Taylor studied art extensively in secondary school, and then took a break to study music and theatre in college. She graduated with a BS in Theatre with a minor in music. She contined to make art, and returned to serious studies after a hiatus of 5 years.

Elaine Taylor has worked with circles, spheres and spirals for over 30 years. Her current work includes large-scale installations, playful sculptures and drawings. She has an M.A and M.F.A in art from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ms. Taylor is the Gallery Manager at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center and also teaches computer graphics at North Lake College in Irving.
