christopher jagmin

Artist, Christopher Jagmin was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana. He is a graduate from the School of Fine Arts at Indiana University at Bloomington.

Recently, one of his paintings was selected to be shown at All Art Arizona at the Art Insection Gallery in Gilbert, AZ, and
another selected by Phoenix Institute of Contemporary Art, is now shown at the Offices of Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton in Phoenix. Early in 2014, he exhibited his paintings at the
Olney Gallery in Phoenix. In 2013 Christopher was one of the artists selected to have work included in the 2013 Tucson
Biennial at the Tucson Museum of Art, and was a recipient of a 2013 InFlux Cycle award grant for a City of Glendale installation. His work is in numerous collections, and has exhibited around the US including The Eye Lounge Gallery (where he was a member for three years) in Phoenix, Quirk Gallery, Richmond, VA, and Boston Center for the Arts, Boston, MA. His next scheduled shows will be at the STARKgallery at Xavier College Preparatory College, and at the Oasis (pop up) Gallery, both located in Phoenix.

He is an arts writer, founding member of the collaborate group, ArtFarm, and one of the founders and writer of the blog, CultureSeen.com.
