Cindy Taplin is a native of Forsyth County, North Carolina. She earned a B.A. in Mathematics at Salem College, where she also studied studio art. Taplin paints full time in her studio in the Arts District of Winston-Salem. Her primary medium is acrylic on canvas. While she paints a variety of subjects, she is best known for her architectural and landscape paintings.
