Born in Columbia,S.C artist Curtis Phillips has always endeavored to be an artist.Drawing and painting came naturally.He took art lessons throughout his adolesence and won many art competitions as well.The artist's work is sometimes narrative based and other times open areas in landscapes draw the viewer in as a bystander to nature.Graduating with a B.A from The University of South Carolina,Phillips is a contemporary representational artist who's work hangs in public and private collections throughout the world.
