I was born into a military family, the middle of three children.
I was born on Shaw Air Force Base Sumpter SC 1961 to Johnny and Carolyn Norwood. We traveled often, Okinawa, North Dakota, Texas, and more. Once my dad let us children choose a activity for one of our many long trips, for me it was something to draw with and on.
My inspirations were, My Uncle Ron a Commercial Artist for a airline, then Norman Rockwell, Thomas Kindade, the painter of lights and so many more.
