Frances was born in Greensboro, North Carolina and earned her
BFA Degree from The Corcoran College of Art and Design in
Washington, D.C. Further studies include Univ.ofMd.,College Park,Md.,Art Students League,Woodstock,N.Y.
Exhibitions include The International Biennale, Florence, Italy
and many other private galleries and museums.
