Christopher Ross is a New York-born acclaimed artist whose work explores history, philosophy and (human) nature through sculpture.
He is best known for his original series of highly detailed sculptures to be transformed to the human body, which draw on his animalier side, fused with different disciplines of the applied arts. Mr. Ross has earned numerous honors and international awards for his work and his work can be found in major museums around the globe including; the Hermitage Museum, St. Petersburgh; the Metropolitan museum of Art, New York City; National Museums of Scotland, Edinburgh; Palais Galliera, Paris/France; the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and Yale University Art Gallery in New Haven, Connecticut. The artist is represented by Dr. Tom Flynn, author-historian, art critic and founder of The Sculpture Agency in London.
