I am a self-taught artist that is fascinated by people’s bodies. I explore vulnerability and strength of motherhood and womanhood, human connection with nature and universe. I often employ bold colors and experiment with various media like colored pencils, spray paints, charcoal, oils and watercolors.
While I use a variety of materials and processes in each project my methodology is consistent. Although there may not always be material similarities between the different projects they are linked by recurring formal concerns and through the subject matter.
