Jeremy Leichman is an artist and teacher in New York City. He holds an MFA from the New York Academy of Art in Figurative Sculpture and a BFA in Furniture Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. His work is primarily three dimensional and combines figurative sculpture and architectural elements, often utilizing many individual sculptures to create a designed viewing experience. Thematically, Jeremy's work is satirical, theatrical, and provocative. The hands on physicality of fine art making is a principle driving force and inspiration for Jeremy's work.
