For thirty years my artwork has illuminated, preserved and honored its subjects in public and private spaces. Rich colors swirled with organic patterns infuse my art.
Recently, I completed a larger than life size glass and mixed media art installation titled the Threshold Project. Physically moving through the Threshold with self-reflection, intention and action was integral to this art experience.
I am currently designing an art installation that references the impact of pollution and global change in our world. My glass art tells the story about shared stewardship and I am intrigued by the unlimited ways to convey this story. I believe that art will change the world.
I am familiar with collaborating and facilitating great ideas into being. I work regularly with teams of artists and architects. I am involved locally with the Bellingham Arts Commission, the Western Washington University School of Fine and Performing Arts Advisory Board, the Whatcom Museum Foundation Board and The Flow Project Organization.
I welcome the opportunity to create art that inspires people to take action in their community.
