Upon completion of a highly successful military career Rene Muhl became a full time adjunct professor at the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas. She teaches sculpture and figure drawing while maintaining an active studio practice that consists of regional and national solo, and group exhibitions in addition to community collaborations. Rene frequently conducts hands-on workshops as an honorarium for the Dallas Museum of Art, the Sid Richardson Museum of Art, and the Forth Worth Modern Art Museum.
