Rosa Ruey is an artist based in Brooklyn, New York.
She received her M.A./M.F.A. in Fine Art Sculpture from Slade School of Fine Art, London (UK) in 2005 and double B.A. with High Honors in Chinese and Communications from University of Santa Barbara, California in 1998.
Her work is in private collections as well as two public collections which include, Ernst & Young and The Wonderful Fund. Her work has been in several group exhibitions in England, Morocco, Greece, Italy, and Ireland. Currently Ms Ruey is in the AIM 29 Living and Dreaming show at the Bronx Museum. The new piece she is exhibiting is titled Chrono-Particle Processor. It is a part of a new series of work that has come out of a fellowship awarded to her by the Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop.
Her work is published in The Large Format in Contemporary Engraving 2004, edited by Silvia Ferrari and currently in the Summer Issue of Zink Magazine.
