Sandra Encaoua is a French artist born in Paris in 1974. Her works have been exhibited mainly in US and Europe.
Sandra received a Miami Art Grant 2020 by the Andy Warhol Foundation of Arts (NY, USA). She won the 2018 People Choice Award (Wellington Art Society, USA) and she has been honored with a 2017 Award from Académie des Arts-Sciences et Lettres de Paris (France).
Fascinated by nature and raw elements, she create her paintings in a changing, violent and free world. She is mainly interested by natural imperfect patterns. Her portraits and landscapes are a mix of blazing red with sparkling white, as well as bright turquoise which respects the warmth of ocher and evanescence of roses. Sandra's touch exudes not only strength and vitality but also gentleness.
She is a member of the Taylor Foundation (Paris) and the Jewish Art Salon (New York). Her works have been listed on the Art Market since 2012 (Artprice / Drouot).
