Sarah O'Donoghue was born in 1987 in Prince George's County, Maryland. In 2009, she received her BFA in painting from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. She has participated in numerous residency programs both nationally and internationally. Her work has been shown in galleries in Baltimore (USA), New York City (USA), Phoenix (USA), Washington D.C. (USA), Germany (DE), Mexico City (MX), São Paulo (BR), and Gyeonggi-do (KR). Currently, she is a 2017 MFA thesis candidate at American University in Washington DC.
